Because of newly enacted Federal regulations related to
the National Do Not Call Regisrty, beginning August
25, 2003 the ITA will no longer be able to fax out
certain promotional material, registration forms and
membership renewal information without first obtaining
the signed, written consent of the recipient for the
specific fax number to which the fax is to be sent.
To insure that our members continue to receive information
by fax from the ITA without interruption, we are asking
that you download and fill out the FCC Fax Consent Form
(below), sign and fax it back to us at (217)525-1103 no
later than Tuesday, August 19, 2003. Please be sure to
include EVERY fax number that you want to receive ITA
information.
